The kiwi is a small oval shaped fruit. It has brown hairy skin. Inside of the fruit is bright green in color. The kiwi is fruit that originated in china’s Yangtze River valley.  It was known as the Chinese gooseberry. Kiwi is also known as china’s national fruit.

Kiwi is one of the best beneficial fruit rather than other fruits. It also provides very good level of vitamin k and vitamin e. Kiwi gives excellent source of omega-3 fatty florid and good level of the minals potassium, copper, folates manganese, magnesium iron with calcium. It’s also contains some level of B complex vitamins niacin, ribro flavin, thiamine and vitamin A. Kiwi is the most important for those person who are searching or reduce for cholesterol or heart diseases
